The Forest Doula

Hi! My name is Jessica and I am a prenatal/antenatal and postnatal doula in South Wales near Newport.

Since I was a teenager, I have wanted to help within mental health but never found my own feet with my own mental health, holding me back. Going through my own trauma lead me to eventually seek help back in 2020 which caused my first spiritual death and rebirth. My healing journey took many twists and turns until the birth of my son which gifted me with my own transformation and awakening.

Once I'd found my feet as a mum (and my own healing journey continued) I started to train as a doula(in 2024) and as a women's circle facilitator.

My aim is to support women through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, through menstruation and within menopause by helping them unlock their true power within their womb space.
