Tia McCoun is the founder and President of the Boots and Wings Project: the Caregiver Soul-ution and Resource Company, Inc.. This compnay provides education, publications, research and resources to the emerging market of caregivers. She graduated with a BA in Sociology from Lafayette College while working as a Biology TA. She earned her M.DIV. at Princeton Theological Seminary and her CPE Clinical training at University of Minnesota Hospital and Clinic. A visionary leader, McCoun has guided authors, publishers, local and national nonprofit organizations and has piloted numerous productive caring community initiatives throughout the country. McCoun serves as Congregational Care Associate at Abington Presbyterian Church (PA), participating with Interfaith efforts throughout Southeastern PA. As a family caregiver, patient advocate, clinical hospice chaplain, inspirational interfaith speaker, and Celebrant, McCoun loves proactive thinking and care-full conversations.
