Family Constellations

I began specialising in family constellations in 2011.  On the day that I stepped into my first workshop, I felt that I had finally found my calling and a  therapeutic model that was right for me.  I felt an inner peace, alignment, even soul sensation that I hadn’t experienced in any other psychological setting.  I didn’t know where this came from, but I knew that I wanted more and every time I step back into constellations space I get the same feeling. 

Ancestral Practice

I am currently developing a therapeutic model drawing on my personal and professional experience as a Family Constellations practitioner and indigenous African ancestral guid.  In my personal life, I am on a journey to reconnect to my Caribbean family heritage in South America and my ancestral lineage in West Africa.I have over 30+ years experience working therapeuticlally in organisations and specialist knowledge working with BIPOC individuals, families and communities.

Facilitation and Consultation

I facilitate ancestral constellations workshops in-person and online. I also offer one-to-one consultations and small group sessions with between 2-4 family memebrs who want to come and do their family work together. My vision is to bring more people of colour to constellations work as it offers a different perspective from many talking therapies. It is an interactive and experiential guided process that produces profound results by bringing more harmony and balance to transgenerational family life.
