Rachelle Archer is the founder of Artful Leadership, Coaching & Consulting, with 25 years experience working with youth, families, and staff in schools and community based organizations. She is a Restorative, Trauma Informed and Arts Based Consultant, Trainer and Facilitator with reputation for:

• Reducing mental health, behavior and discipline challenges and increasing engagement and achievement in high risk/ vulnerable youth.  

• Energizing, equipping and empowering leaders and teams in high stress and high trauma settings to achieve their important mission impactfully and sustainably.

• Artfully building safe, optimistic, inclusive community & culture by centering youth and staff social-emotional wellbeing, promoting collaboration, and inspiring creativity.

As a founding member of the Monarch School San Diego she helped develop and codify Monarch's nationally recognized holistic model for educating youth impacted by homelessness. Her lived experienced in leadership, arts based therapeutic supports, SEL, and PBIS systems in schools, as well as Creative Youth Development, after school and mentorship settings places her in a unique position to support educators working in a range of settings to reach the youth they care about.
