Timeout in Nature - Your Day to Slow Down and simply be
Step into a half day of ease and presence, where nature holds space for reflection, movement, and quiet discovery. This experience invites you to walk beneath the trees, sit by a creek, feel the rhythm of your body in gentle motion, and engage with the natural elements around you, in fresh and personal ways.
With simple guided practices, thoughtful pauses, and nourishing snacks, this day offers a space to tune into what’s real and alive within you. You’ll have moments to share, to listen, to be held by community, and also time just for yourself, without pressure or noise.
It’s not about doing more, but about experiencing things differently. A peaceful, curious, and quietly joyful day in beautiful natural surroundings, where you can simply be, explore and re-charge.
Duration: ca. 3.5 hours depending on the weather and the group
Location: Chaltbrunnental, Baselland, Switzerland (we will meet in Grellingen, location will be provided after registration)
Practical information: pre-registration is required minimum 48 hours prior to the program. There are only limited number of places available.
The program is suitable for beginners; however it includes walking on uneven ground, you must be able to navigate that without assistance. Distance to walk is total ca. 2 km.
Contribution: CHF 90 per person, ticket is non-refundable within 2 days prior to the program
