Cacao ceremony + singing + playing together.
Join us for a joyful and healing journey to reconnect with your Inner Child. Through uplifting songs, journaling, exercises, and shadow work, we’ll explore the innocence and wonder of our younger selves. This workshop invites healing and freedom by honoring both the light and shadow of your past, allowing you to rediscover spontaneity, authenticity, and joy.

🔥 13:30-14:30 Cacao Ceremony + Intention Setting + Inner Child Meditation
📚 14:30 -15:30 Inner Child Workshop, Exercises (lead by Eva & Barby)
🎵15:30 – 16:30 Singing together 3-4 songs with guitar (lead by Eva)
🔔 16:30-17:00 Integration and sound healing (Eva, Barby)
🌿 17:00-17:30 Closing circle & Sharing Experience
