This workshop is led by two exceptional facilitators:

Natallia Zaremba

Natallia is a visionary leader in corporate retreats and organisational wellbeing, bringing over 15 years of hospitality, events, and tourism expertise. She champions a holistic vision of systemic wellbeing in organisations, addressing physical fitness, mental health, social connection, and spiritual growth. A certified SOMA Breath instructor, Natallia lives by her philosophy of “live what you pray”, seamlessly integrating breathwork and mindfulness into her professional and personal life.

Natallia is a trailblazer in reimagining corporate retreats, crafting innovative programs that combine the restorative power of nature, community engagement, strategic frameworks, and the science-backed benefits of breathwork. With her academic background in German studies, Natallia also profoundly appreciates the transformative power of storytelling and language, enriching her workshops with cultural depth and narrative resonance.

Dagmar Matticoli

Dagmar is an artist, a master coach (DBCA Berlin), and a mother of three who skilfully combines her creative passions to support people worldwide. Holding a Master’s in Fine Arts from the University of the Arts London (2014), she inspires individuals through motivational insights, workshops, art shows, and events. Dagmar encourages others to embrace change, overcome challenges, and craft fulfilling lives by reconnecting with their creativity and setting bold, meaningful goals.

Known for her contagious enthusiasm, authenticity, and open-mindedness, Dagmar empowers clients to dream big and take action. Through Vision Board sessions, coaching techniques, and a playful yet impactful approach, she helps participants reframe their inner critic, set clear intentions, and channel their energy toward building joyful, purpose-driven futures.

What is Breathwork? 

Breathwork isn't just about breathing; it's about integrating wellbeing into everyday life, especially in work environments. Breathwork involves controlled breathing techniques that improve mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing by influencing the body's physiological and emotional states.  

What is the SOMA Breath Method? 

SOMA Breath is a holistic system of Pranayama techniques tailored to suit various workshops and individual needs. This transformative method has garnered global attention, including Cambridge University, and is designed to enhance total wellbeing and transformation. 

SOMA Breath, recently highlighted in Cambridge University's breathwork study, is now being advocated for use in clinical settings to support mental health patients in the UK.

SOMA Breath techniques, often referred to as the "toolbox of the inner pharmacy," offer numerous benefits:

What are Vision Boards?
Participants create Vision Boards using collages, magazine visuals, and words. Your Vision Board becomes a personal artwork, symbolising your future and supporting you daily toward achieving your goals.

Paired with the benefits of breathwork—your innate tools of breath, mind, and vision—you’ll grow into the person you want to be and lead the life you want to live.

What to Expect
Prepare for creativity, playfulness, and fun. You'll leave the workshop equipped with powerful techniques to elevate yourself into your future self. Additionally, you’ll take home a beautiful Vision Board—your personal artwork—to inspire and guide you daily toward your next-level goals and prime results.

Important Information

Rhythmic breathing is beneficial for everyone, but breath retention should be avoided in some instances, including:

  • Severe/ critical diseases or infections if they impair your ability to breathe.
  • Severe uncontrolled hypertension (usually after a heart attack)
  • Organ failure or late-stage terminal illness
  • Pregnancy
  • Epilepsy, a pacemaker or irregular heartbeat (except your doctor permits you)
  • Some conditions, e.g. tinnitus and hernia, can be aggravated by the breath hold, but they are not common; in this circumstance, we recommend minimising the breath hold duration.

What should I bring?

Bring an open mind and excitement to work on your future vision. All materials—glue, scissors, magazines, visuals, cardboard, and workbooks—are provided. Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during this transformative work. Additional refreshments will also be offered.

Is Breathwork Suitable for Everyone?

Rhythmic breathing is suitable for everyone. However, as mentioned in the description, breath retention should be avoided in some instances.

Any other considerations? What should I wear?

Breathwork is best done on an empty stomach, so avoid heavy meals beforehand. Wear layers, as you'll warm up during the exercises and cool down during the meditation. Mats and blankets will be provided.
